- Google Analytics Credentials – add analytics@morrisonconsulting-llc.com to your analytics account with admin/edit permissions.Â
- A Google Tag Manager account / credentials – sign up here: https://tagmanager.google.com. If you do not have GTM, we will set up a base install.

Is Clarity free
?Â
YES! Currently Microsoft is offering Clarity free to all users. There are some restrictions for certain websites containing sensitive data. Microsoft recommends Financial, Government, and Medical websites do not onboard onto Clarity. Read Clarity’s Terms of Use to know more.
How long before I see results?Â
Within 2 hours when first adding the code. After, observe user click results within 30 minutes.Â
Is the Clarity interface hard to navigate?Â
NO.Â
My site is older, can we use Clarity?
YES. Clarity is supported on most sites, even older architecture. Note that Clarity will not be able to render inside an ‘iframe’ not on the same domain, or ‘canvas’ elements.
Does it support all browsers?Â
YES, all browsers that support JavaScript.
